CozyPluff
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products (“Products”) concluded on the website www.cozypluff.com.
These GTC define the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of potential returns of Products ordered by customers.
For the purposes of these terms, the Customer and CozyPluff shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
These GTC apply to the exclusion of any other conditions, in particular those applicable through other distribution or marketing channels.
The GTC are accessible at all times on the website and shall prevail over any other version or contradictory document.
The Customer declares having read and accepted these GTC before validating their order.
CozyPluff Products are sold exclusively to end consumers, both natural and legal persons, excluding resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. The Customer confirms that they are purchasing Products for personal use only and not for resale.
The Customer confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
These GTC may be amended at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the website at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 1 • PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation by the Customer.
Each Product includes a description outlining its essential characteristics, price, available colors, composition, and specific features. Minor differences between the Product and its photographs may occur due to screen display variations.
CozyPluff undertakes to supply Products that comply with applicable European and UK safety and health regulations.
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed and may choose between a replacement Product or a full refund.
CozyPluff reserves the right to modify the Product range at any time.
ARTICLE 2 • PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€) or the applicable displayed currency and include all applicable taxes.
Delivery costs are not included in the Product price and are shown before order confirmation.
Prices applicable are those in force at the time of order placement.
ARTICLE 3 • ORDERING AND PAYMENT
1. Placing an Order
The Customer places an order by selecting Products, verifying their cart, entering delivery and billing information, and completing payment.
2. Order Confirmation
Once payment is accepted, the Customer receives an order confirmation email.
CozyPluff reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of abnormal orders, disputes, stock errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Payment
Payment is made online via secure payment methods including Stripe and other approved providers.
All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. Payment data is never stored by CozyPluff.
ARTICLE 4 • DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary due to external factors.
If delivery exceeds 30 days, the Customer may request cancellation and a full refund.
ARTICLE 5 • RECEIPT – CLAIMS – RETURNS
The Customer must inspect Products upon delivery.

ARTICLE 6 • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU and UK consumer laws, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned Products must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the Product is defective.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.

CozyPluff shall not be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure, customer fault, or unforeseeable circumstances.
ARTICLE 12 • FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, the order may be canceled and refunded within 30 days.
ARTICLE 13 • APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to seek an amicable resolution before legal action.
